Pros

The one drawback is that it causes mild heartburn. I haves less stomach aches, less muscle soreness from exercise, and even my periods don't seem as brutal. I love this product for me it works with stomach nausea issue for any reason.

The requisite i am not a medical doctor/professional, just somebody who uses a variety of supplements to improve quality of life. Recommended by my chiropractor. Improve joint mobility gently.

Cons

I read that it interferes with certain gerd medicine. It is now 2019 and typical corporate cost-cutting has removed the last granule of quality these products once had. This is a gamble.
