Pros
This product is a high quality supplement that delivers positive results. Many b vitamins are really produced in our guts by the advent of healthy bacteria processing all that nutritious foods we're consuming to feed them.
This supplement, like the prenatal, is easy to * and doesn't upset my stomach. The capsules are compact andeasy to *. No digestive problems, but maybe that's because of the probiotics.
There are products that can take months for you to achieve the optimum results. After taking it a few weeks i have noticed my skin seems improved,more elastic and less tiny lines. My thinning hair has been resolved.
Aloe, chamomile & maca blended for added stress, energy and digestive support. Made with organic probiotic-fermented herbs.
Cons
It pains me to see new chapter hype this product as one for perfect hair, skin and nails. The rest of the ingredients while maybe of some benefit seem haphazardly thrown together. Not worth the price point.

Its so hard to have to review supplements within a 30 day window because full results generally take longer than that depending the type of supplement

I had no idea why then i thought about this supplement and read the complete ingredients list

I think in peru they use it as a type of flour and cook it so i am not sure how its used in the supplement probably the same as the smoothiesand a little goes a long way if raw because it can cause stomach upset in larger quantities if uncooked
