My stomach is ridiculously sensitive and these give me no issues at all. Easy to *. No funky aftertaste.

The only cons i see are that you have to take 3 of the multi vitamins a day. Worth every single penny and gave me the confidence to continue breastfeeding.

Cons

Do not purchase this if you are breastfeeding. Puking, diarrhea, horrendous gas. Just continue with your prenatal vitamin.
