The only suggestion we have is that they might want to add more saw palmetto to the mixture. I keep this product on hand because everyone has inflamation. Some foods causeinflamation too. Very pleased with products 3 years +.
Cons
My negative rating of this product in this review, however, refers specifically to the last two orders for zyflamend prostate i received from amazon. It is unclear to me if this product improved my health in any meaningful way.

Still ill probably continue to use the prostate one when i travel as it certainly did not make things worse and the cost difference is pretty small
