Pros

Zyflamend works better for me than ibuprofen in killing the pain of inflammation. It works for me better than curcumin/turmeric. It has turmeric in it, but is a complete anti-inflammatory formulation.

Cons

I have experienced no recurrence.

Serving size is 6'mini' softgels, so instead of getting 90 servings you are getting 30. Original product is no longer available (black pill). It has been replaced by a brown pill. Second, the packing calls them liquid vcaps.

Shame on proctor and gamble. A cautionary note here. They are not clear in their description of their product. Can't rate the product.

Bottle was overexposed to extreme temperature or age. Company has switched to a coated capsule. Bottle was broken in shipment and there are glass fragments all over the capsules.

This is great product for joint and muscle plain.

I have degenerated discs thru whole spine, broken hip x 6 months before they could replace it and nasty arthritis in the other hip.
