Pros

I struggle with inflammation, and this product has been a game changer. Stopped taking ibuprofen. Lessened my arthritis pain. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis so pain relief is a big thing with me.

It seems expensive, but it is soooooooo worth it! It’s nice to be able to purchase it from amazon. I only know i can get it in town at whole foods and it's just not convenient so having it at amazon is a blessing.

Cons

New chapter capsule is not the same as the previous formulation. This reduces the 'bioavailability' of these herbs.
