Pros

Sr emulsified mct oil is my favorite way of creaming my morning coffee. After putting it in my tea and coffee, the fog lifts. Im pretty sure this is helping me produce ketones when i fast during my intermittent fasting diet.

Cons

It looks like it is not returnable through amazon. There is no return available so i guess it will go in the garbage if there is no simpathy from amazon or the seller. I should get refunded if possible.

Onnits dribbles out. No for paleo, keto or whole30. It says it’s a non-dairy creamer for keto coffee - false!

The product picture is pretty deceiving. Also smells like mothballs and elmers wood glue.

This contains cane sugar and suggests refrigeration. Has cane sugar. A lil too sweet.

I was looking for onnit mct oil and found this instead.

This oil does not blend as well as onit.
