I did not have any side effects but it may affect you if you have a sensitive stomach i also think something like this needs a longer period of taking for you to start seeing noticeable and significant benefits

Admittedly this is my first time trying adogia so i dont want to be too harsh on the brand itself but personally after around a week of taking this i didnt feel many of the stated benefits

The tablets are relatively easy to swallow have no after taste and i didnt feel any adverse side effects from taking this nutrient but again i didnt feel too much of a benefit either
