Pros

Actually liked the other one fine but didn't like the locking mechanism so ordered this one. Craftsmanship is outstanding, built to last. Oh, and just an fyi, this one in particular is more a baby blue than the teal that i thought it was.

Cons

The handle adjuster is unnecessary, uncomfortable, and is placed right where you grip so it rubs your finger/hand raw. The angle at which the tape comes out is also wrong, forcing you to try to hold the leash up at an awkward angle.
