Pros

The gsv140 is very easy to use and the sous vide process makes cooking fun. I must commend gourmia on the level of their customer service. If you vaccum seal food already, this is certainly right up your alley.

The device is not load but you know it is there when it is running. Theres some quirky ways you have to confirm once the temperature is set.

Only issue is the noise output is louder, but not objectionable. Keep it topped off or put on a lid for long runs. Overall good economical unit.

This sous vide is dangerous. After measuring the outer dimensions, it turns out the bags are about an inch smaller (both height and width) than the description indicated.
