Zippered, washable cover is a great feature. I let it set out a bit and it fluffed out so plumply! Very supportive to back. I love everything about my back pillow; it's firmness, it's vivacious color and pockets.

It allowed me to set up right with much comfort as well as providing stability.
This is true memory foam, and it does expand to fill each area 100%.
Left it out for two days and once in a while we would smoosh and pull at it till the foam loosened up.
Very comfortable, surprisingly heavy, but it helps to keep stable.
