Fabric is like a soft crushed velvety material. It looks a little strange when delivered but once it fluffs up, its got great support and soft fabric. Mine isn't lumpy at all.

Be cautious when purchasing this item. It's choppy it's not worth the money. No support whatsoever.

It goes from soft pieces to clumps of cardboard-like hard. Tried fluffing it. It's shredded memory foam so it's lumpy.

Back is too thick for comfortable seating - and i'm barely 5ft tall and not close to obese. The sage green color is more like "ice green" it actually hurts my back leaning against it. The pillow is too firm to really adjust- and it does have a pillow ... Read More
