Awesome build quality, instructions weren't hard to follow.

Did a test run with 2 empty deep frames and it was very loud and off balance.

I cranked as hard as i could for about 2 minutes flipped the frames around another 2 minutes.

Price

Best price i found for a 4 deep frame spinner.

I ordered a bag of 10, 3/8 bearings for about $6 on amazon.

It did what we needed it to do at an affordable price.

Assembled easily - legs could be a bit more sturdy, but for the price, i'm not complaining.

Shipping

I emailed the manufacturer, and they quickly responded and shipped a replacement basket.

Was missing a gasket, called company and they shipped one out the same day.

After sending video of the basket and shaft assembly, they sent a new one.

Both of the kids came broken, but i contacted vivo directly with pictures and they sent replacements out very quickly.

Packaging/appearance

I was pleasantly surprised when i opened the box for this honey extractor, it was much better than i expected.

The hardware came in a plastic bag that had a small hole through which a single bolt fell into the box.

After opening the second box the first thing i came across was a warning about sharp edges.

The extractor came very well packaged in a double box.
