Pros
Inside is an ice lake processor meaning stronger upload and download rates. The battery charges much faster than previous versions. Durable too (take my word for it). The second time no complains!
Solid state drive (sdd) on a tablet size is one of the best things. Not ipad level but still good to make the list. Os consumes around 2.
This is a portable pc that's even more accessible than a laptop. Notepad works great, screen looks great, and the clip on keyboard is a nice feature. Surface pen is sold separately.
Cons
Do not buy your surface from this seller. That's a $30 lesson i won't be repeating. Please use caution purchasing this product.
Freezing the whole system while ads load in the browser is unacceptable. It was supposedly refurbished. It crashes every 5 minutes. The local microsoft store has been closed since the outbreak of coivd19.
The touchscreen is practically a mute point, and it isn't really that great anyway. On the box, the “qc” sticker was used to intentionally block the tablet specs. The operating systems only allows you to use apps designed for pc.

Which leads me to the charger itself, the connector is magnet based and not a real port so to speak, so its very weak.
Price
With the touch screen and battery life, for $750 - $800 this is a great, lightweight laptop for the average student.
I just wish the keyboard wasn’t so expensive.
Packaging/appearance
There were a few small dirty marks on the inside of the packaging.
It was sealed and in the original box.
Competitiveness
This totally killed my need for my ipad and runs way better than my old 2017 laptop, so much so that i ended up selling both of them.
This machine works better than some laptops i've had.
