They come well packaged with an accompanying carry case. The pieces feel sturdy. Black and grey would be preferable alongside the white.

I'm not convinced the hologram is the best implementation of bright blue light therapy. It's best to look straight ahead and that's obviously a lot more constricting than it is advertised as.
