Ive tried both natural turmeric supplements and extracted curcumin supplements and have found more noticeable results with the curcumin versions though theres not much in it

This time health fermented turmeric supplement feels like its something of an inbetween version its based on natural turmeric but the fermentation process supposedly makes it more potent because of being more effectively absorbed

Because of the fermentation process it seems to be unnecessary to add black pepper in this supplement which could make them easier for some to take
