Pros

Works great and very lightweight. Works on samsung tv, samsung surround sound and fios device.

Fast shipping rocks. Brand new. Shipped fast. Quite impressed with that.

Great remote for 13 bucks. It's similar to the verizon remote that i'm replacing. Av tv output button.

Cons

There's a weird feature that turned the input button into the mute button &amp. The mute button has no function. And cant click button down so when using tv or netflix, forget about being able to find a movie. There were no instructions.

I understand that it was used but item was totally unacceptable.
