Regular mp3 players require an app to assist with download but having an ipod just allows you to access itunes

But i emailed underwater audio and they replied saying theyd of course replace the unit im about to send the ipod back to them now

Sadly mine suddenly stopped working the unit still loads when plugged into my computer and i can view the playlists on itunes but once its taken out of the computer it wont power itself no matter how long ive set it to charge for and factory resets
