It's very well made and fixable. Works exactly as described by seller. Nice and sturdy.

Great for eggs, great for strawberries, less great for mushrooms. This is my strawberry machine - three pounds of berries to throw in my dehydrator would take soooo much longer without this thing.

It looks old and tarnished. Looks silver in pics & says its aluminum. After using the slicer for the first time it was washed in the dishwasher and turned black.

Broke after 2 uses slicing mushrooms. Not slices, mashed pieces. It works, but before slicing the mushroom, it basically smashes it and mushroom juice (i didn't even know there was such a thing) comes out.
