Pros
These are perfect for large griddle use. The dough scraper works perfectly as a griddle scraper and chopper. Ergonomic, great size to handle both small and large items on my 36” griddle.
These spatulas are flexible but sturdy. The weight is perfect, not too heavy, and has some flex in it. They are lightweight, very easy to use and perfect for our traeger flatrock.
