Pros

Works for me perfectly as a food delivery courier. Has been a life saver for some meals that i have had to deliver.

The material is a little thinner than i had thought. Pizza is actually hotter from when i'd pick it up off the counter. It's rain repellant.

It fits 2 costco pizza boxes and it keeps them warm for the trip home. Holds 2 xl pizzas nicely. Also have held 2 l pizzas and 1 box of cheesy bread.

Cons

Instead what they could have done is to keep the handles separate and use velcro closure to hold the handles together. They could have used a velcro handle.

Started ordering carry out instead of delivery.

I drove 30 min with pizzas in bag and they were still hot when i finished the delivery.

Having a delivery bag in the car ensures i arrive home with hot pizza.

Packaging/appearance

Pizza was still warm, but the boxes got all wet due to condensation on the inside.
