Quality
I've been using this product for 8 months now and so far have been pretty pleased with this product.
I still love how it charges everything from my phone and tablets with the convenience of not being attached to a wall.
I don't like that it takes over a full day to charge even with the extra new trent wall charger than i purchased.
Packaging/appearance
It holds charge for long(it was 2 months before i charged it again after occasional charging).
Competitiveness
2 downsides--the device is heavy and it takes almost a whole day to fully charge it up.
Charges my phone at the advertised 5v@2a.
However, this one does not perform like the older models.

I used my iphone 5 watt adapter and it would not fully charge for at least a day

It takes a bit to recharge but having two charging ports is a plus as i can charge multiple devices fitbit iphone wireless headphones etcit is reasonably bulky but if you want a small one it probably cant hold this much charge
