I charged it both through my laptop and then directly through the power outlet and i had the same result

I love love love both of my new trent chargers the first one i purchased lasted a long time i could be on a plane for 4 6 hrs and watch movies the entire time without worrying abt my battery going dead and without having to find an unoccupied outlet at the airport finally the first one wore out then i purchased the new trent 135nt 13500 mah it stopped working in a little over a year the problem is they no longer manufacture power paks and i kind of got stuck with the second one
