Great flavor with a super rehydration electrolyte combination. Lemon lime is better than the berry. Mild flavor that is not overpowering.

This one has fewer electrolytes but it works the exact same, i'm assuming this has to do with the new formula focusing on the coconut water element of the mix. I have the pre-workout one (new formula too) and i love the strawberry lemonade flavor.

Cons
