It's great for helping motivate me when i'm dragging myself out for a run. It gives me plenty of energy to hit the gym. And lastly, it gives me lots of energy and focus.

This is a great option if you don't want to be jacked out of your mind on caffeine and other stimulants during your workout. Great for slow caffeine metabolizers. It has adaptogen stimulants like eleuthero and rhodiola.

Cons

This is so small! It’s literally smaller than a baby sippy cup. The size of the container is 1/3 of my normal shipment.

There are a lot of negative reviews because of the “new recipe” but i am a long time vega user and i found no issue with the new product.

Nothing crazy, but it definitely is noticeable and i do not get any buzzing, or face tingling with this product.

It does have a bit of a gritty texture, so i had to keep shaking it between sips to keep it mixed in with the water.

Packaging/appearance

I do like the strawberry lemonade taste and i am a fan of the new packaging.

Competitiveness

Vega combined electrolytes with natural caffeine sources as a pre-workout drink.

Vega pre-workout energizer definitely helps me get better workouts.
