Pros

For the battery alone, it's a reliable phone. Both were delivered next day. Nothing fancy. Works great. Decent phone for tis price.

Simple installation per instructions. Allows you to save all your contact info, use bluetooth and have the option where you can talk on speaker. Display is very crisp and clear.

Cons

When it crashes it really crashes. It has to be re-set or re-registered. Unable to return it. Trying to get refund.

The mic and speaker are set up so that the phone can only be heard and spoken into if held in just the right position. Terrible sound quality. Can’t control volume of ringer. My dad is pretty good with phones, but this was a dud!

Phone display says it's out of range even when it's sitting in the charger. Charging prong on left straight out of the package is broken.

I like that it has voicemail and it's by vtech i have always used vtech it's a great brand to use .

Its basic features are a bit different from my last vtech.

However, it was noticeable compared to our older uniden that corners were cut.
