Pros
Rinsing properly is a must (the directions for running your hands over it like a squeegee while rinsing aren’t there for show). The cleanser is very slippery and much easier to use when it’s activated with the water.
Short curly hair is easier to transition to than long hair. New wash feels healthier and not oily at all. Finger-tip scalp massage is important to get the cleanser all the way down.
I have very fine hair and now it’s thinning out. In desperation i tried this shampoo and it did make a difference.
It gives my hair back its lift and volume. Helps to add a natural wave and shine. It adds volume and there’s a great shine to it.
Cons
The fragrance is very intense and excessive. After water and aloe, most of the product are types of alcohol and seed oils. I'm not impressed with the ingredients upon looking at them more closely.

I think i wasn’t using enough product not scrubbing my scalp enough and probably not rinsing enough either all of which are important if you want this work

I haven’t used up the entire bag yet and have been washing my hair a lot less partly because i dread having to spend so much money on shampoo again but probably will since i no longer have itchy scalp and my hair looks better
