I dont understand why the bad reviews im a limousine driver and i have been using it for my phone and gps features and music and it performs flawlesslyclear conectionloud volume and yes some of the ear adapters hurt a bit after a while but is normali tried a smaller ear adapter and is much better now is all about getting used to itdoesnt fall out at allim super happy with itbattery life is googi charge mine with my computer usb port since i couldnt find charger specifications and i have seen people frying theirs cant go wrong with it i rate it 5 stars because of what it its is a good product over all and the price is a killer
