Now that the cameras give a clear picture the unit actually works pretty well
The same happened to me and i was able to fix it by doing the following 1 unplugged the defective camera 2 removed the two screws on the back and pried off the face plate 3 scraped off the piece of glue holding the focus wheel in place 4 manually turned the focus wheel clockwise with needlenose pliers 5 turned the camera on to check the focus and readjusted as required
