I found that they work perfectly with the d200 and i have started getting more use from the camera recently.
I put it down to a faulty third party battery tjat came with the grip.

All was well for a while but after a few months the camera began malfunctioning

Turning the camera off would have no effect and the lcd display would remain on

Removing the battery would reset everything but the same thing would happen again after reinserting the battery
