Pros

The adjustable straps are fairly easy to use and do not slip at all. Great for a change in workout routine especially the stabilizing muscles. There’s plenty of extra strap in order to adjust the height to a wide variety of lengths.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. Very sturdy and compliments my workout at home. Very durable and sturdy.

Arrived in two days and way way way above my expectations. Well packaged and exactly as pictured. Great quality for the price.

The only downside is the coating on the rings, which is a great coating, seems to rub off. The rings are larger than i thought, and the bands are very solid.

Cons

These are sketchy at best. One of them constantly slips and ends up being lower than the other. The plastic and straps are cheaply made.
