Pros & Cons
Pros
Cosplayer uses this to secure electrode patches and lidoderm pain patches. Best ways to use in my opinion- securing my wound coverings, and/or securing a bandage.
It is easy to rip while applying and easy to get a new round going on second use. My only complaint is the removal is a little painful, but i can easily compare it to ripping off a bandaid.
Sticky enough that i can remove it to catch my breath between errands and reapply with the same strip and it still adheres very well at each reapplication. Uses it to tape the top of my mask across the bridge of my nose and under my eyes to prevent pa... Read More
Cons
Poor description and misleading. Smells a little too plasticky, would have preferred paper based medical tape. Did not test with water.
This tape is awful because this ripped a layer of my skin off the top of my hand. It takes a lot of scrubbing (and eventually pain) to get rid of it. Perhaps the manufacturing is inconsistent?
Highlights
Quality
This tape is strong and works well with insulin pumpa
Tape holds well, is easy to tear into length required, and is gentle to skin, both while in place and when removed.
I wear lidocaine pain patches, and the adhesive on them isn't very effective.
- stays stuck even with significant sweating.
Price
31 cents for each package and got 10 packages for less the normal price of it.
Got this for just a few bucks per roll
Packaging/appearance
Donated 4 packs to my apartments first aid kit that never has tape or bandaids in it!
Competitiveness
Much cheaper and more effective than "frowines" built for this purpose.
This is the only good tearable tape that stays stuck for sure i have bought great value and walgreens brand and none of them ar... Read More
I use these to tape my mouth shut at night instead of the expensive tape marketed for that purpose.
I think the durapore works better and will be my go to tape from now.
