Pros

The glue is like a stronger version of what you have on the back of post it notes. It adheres firmly, and removes without pulling out hairs.

This tape keeps my lips closed and keeps me from snoring. This prevents my teeth from becoming dry and damaging them. I make vertical and a horizontal across lips and it holds.

Sometimes i need to peel it back to say something or sneeze or cough and it adheres right back on. It's no irritation and it's sturdy. It comes off easily when i am done and does not irritate my skin.

Cons

The real has 3m embossed in the plastic dispenser. The pads i prefer are the non-stick type, which have a glossy kind of covering.
