Pros
The instructions say to do multiple coats to get what i feel is a sufficiently thick cover. This takes time and patience. Works very well, better than new skin.
Cons
Liquid bandage causes irritation because it is very sticky. Dirt, bacteria, fungi, irritants that would normally wash off your skin are likely to stick near your wound. It's worse than no bandage.

In reality after some solvent evaporates it really just leaves a shortchained silicone polymer on the wound

But i remember that the first time i tried to use this it was not leaving a sufficientlythick protective layer

Then i reread in the instructions saying that we should hold the nozzle about an inch from the wound before spraying

That means to hold the nozzle a very short distance from the wound and to apply a fairly thick layer of solution
