This part of the item came damaged as you can see picture it the part that second remote holder connects to please send another piece or i will return this item because it damaged other than you guys are great just this one item really hurt the proccess of installing it the piece was brokennexigo has better products than sony

It allows you to change different settings and it really gives a different atmosphere to the room and as well to the gaming experience but you really need to glue them with gorilla glue or it will constantly detach itself and that is an annoying issue or process to do every time you walk by it
