It is a very great camera with great versatility and is also able to be software-controlled. My lone gripe is the camera can be a little slow to start on macos. This camera is pretty big so expect a chunk of space taken from your monitor.

I own a much cheaper nexigo that i bought near the start of covid, and that looks notably better than this. What i dislike more is nexigo customer service won't answer their phone. It does not.

This thing drops out more often than a clumsy magician's rabbit disappearing act! I half expect it to reappear later with a little top hat and a wand, proudly declaring, ta-da!

The video on the n980p appears grainy, unfocused, and has horrible color. The image quality is sub par. No way to change the refresh rate on the camera.
