Arris' warranty replacement policy is non-refundable. If you break the device, you have to wait several weeks for a replacement. The company's 2-year warranty does not cover power fluctuations.

The list of compatible devices was very short and netgear's quality and customer support has really gone downhill.

Value added f money weight service great for cox internet run smooth with the aria routers as well

Returned rental modem, reduced internet banwidth plan to minimum and halved monthky bill to $50.

I am cheap i purchased this from the return dept.

Set up was quick and easy once i called mediacom.

I was reluctant as it was on a big sale, but it was in an oem sealed box and looks unused.

Competitiveness

Overall, this modem offers great performance and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for anyone with xfinity.

This is only the second modem i bought since 2006 and that was another arris modem.

Price: it's a bit more expensive than other modems on the market, but i consider it worth it for the quality and features it offers.
