Pros & Cons
Pros
No more cold or reheated coffee. Set the mug to hot and set it on the coaster. It's hotter than it was when i first poured it.
Charging base is easy to use with a small size footprint. The price might seem steep but honestly, it's worth it.
A perfect size at 14 oz. Nice modern, non bulky look and feel. The exterior texture of the mug is nice too.
Cup heats well, and is easy to use. Medium temp 140f is perfect. Ability to disable or increase auto power off time.
Cons
I think this particular mug may be faulty. This is not how it was described in the reviews i read previously.

No more transferring drinks from insulated non-microwavable mugs to ceramic mugs to microwave for 2 minutes, and back again.
Price
The nextmug is almost $50 cheaper and works just as well.
The base is another $50 though, but it is totally worth it.
The price might seem steep but honestly, it's worth it.
Shipping
Have only used it a few times as it just arrived the other day.
Competitiveness
Moreover, the interior of the ember is deeper than the nextmug, by a little more than a quarter-inch.
But there are more expensive brands that you don’t need to buy as this one does it all.
