Pros

Works great with lineage os. Our family has 2 kindle fires--one is my husband's and the other is the kindle i used to have which i gave my son.

The best of all is it still packs a punch specs wise. Amazon is great company i spend thousands of dollars a year and have not returned an item in years.

Cons

In general the hardware is horrible. This is very sketchy. It's about 30 days past the seller's warranty.

I find the ipad much more user friendly, and less cluttered with aps you'll never use. The touchscreen is unresponsive after waking from sleep. The power and volume * work still, but the touch doesn't do anything, so you have to reset it.

It just seems to be a very glitchy and messed up unit. Updating it now after a few months with the product. Can't find any help on this on the official site www. Glitchy.

My samsung tablet charging port became loose ( stopped charging) and they wanted more to fix it than it cost new.

Package came in safe and secure, no damage to the box or tablet itself.

It still comes with the box, manual, and all the parts, and looks like new.

The best of all is it still packs a punch specs wise.

Competitiveness

The best thing about this model is the ram, which is better than others.

I purchased this tablet for my kids and it is very resistant, reliable and fast in comparison with others tablets with a similar price.

During those years, i have owned several other brand tablets, but so far, they are all rip in my junk box.

There was some electrical tape on the charging cord, but i go through chargers faster than a nascar race, so i get that.
