Pros

Nexxus shampoo and conditioner is a fabulous combination. Overall very satisfied.

Cons

Product is leaked in bag. That defeats the purpose of this product altogether! Be aware. Left my hair flat and dull with mo volume whatsoever.

Shipping

Only complaint it did leak a little during shipping, but i find that happens a lot with this type of products.

The product is perfect, but the caps were not screwed on tightly and a lot of the product leaked out during shipping

Packaging/appearance

The plastic packaging around the bottles was ripped opened and the bottles push down lid had opened and product leaked out.

I love the scent i love the packaging, but i don’t feel like it gives me volume.

It is difficult to get the product out of the narrow-necked bottles.

Competitiveness

I use it along with a volumizing dry shampoo which takes the oil between washes.

I have very hard water and it also seems to leave my hair softer than the cheaper brands i had been using in the past.

Since my hair started thinning, a year ago, i am constantly trying different volumizing products.
