This item arrived to me enclosed in a plastic bag and then in the shipping box however both bottles caps were loose and product had leaked out into the bag of about 13 of product each i was able to get most back in to the bottles but it would seem that the seller would have made sure the caps were on tightly before sealing the bag for no loss of product
