Pros

This conditioner moisterizes and conditions and has the most wonderful scent. Great for dry curly hair. Leaves my scalp and hair feeling moisturized.

Love the bigger bottles with the pumps which were boxed so well from the manufacturer. The actual product is great, the shipping & handling leaves room for improvement.

Cons

First hand experience, it causes hair loss and scal irritation.

The product is either fake or just a crappily made pathetic excuse for what used to be a great product. Not real nexus. This product is a literal nightmare. I'm almost certain this is a counterfeit product.

Pricey but worth it and comes with a lot!

This is great value for the money leaves hair soft even when using only the shampoo.

It is way cheaper buying off of amazon then at the store.
