Cons
Everything i order lately arrives damaged or broken. Possibly expired or not authentic. It’s a knock off don’t buy!
I can’t even use it on my hair, it gets all knotty and frizzy.

The shampoo is so thick that it wont come out when holding the bottle upside down in addition to being blocked by the tube

I didnt have anything thin and long enough to remove the tube so i couldnt stick the pump from the old bottle in it

I have to hold the bottle upside down over the old bottle while it slowly and messily drops into the old bottle
