My girl friend loves this stuff and at $50 it was half the price of the dermatologist office.
I pay more for this at my dermatology so its great!
But, i purchased this in august 2012 for $49.
It's definitely expensive for me, but wow the results!

Amazon had the best price and the shipping was fast.
Competitiveness
This is the second time i've purchased nia-24 and the price on amazon was much less than the first tube i bought from the med-spa.
