Avoid taking supplements you have to swallow…your stomach acid will destroy most of it.
I doubted the flush on this at first due to no flush at 25mg, 50mg, 75mg, and 125mg split into 2 doses.
Price
50mg on an empty stomach orbefore a meal will create this benefit.
If only 15-30mg gives you flushes, you know it’s the real deal.
