This is a decent hair straightener it really doesn’t pull at my hair too much i’ve had it for a few months now and it stills works the same as the day i got it the only thing i don’t like about it is you have to have enough hair in the straightener for it to straighten if i try to straighten my like baby hairs by my ear it won’t because it’s not enough hair that’s the only thing i would change
