These mattress arrive compressed and in a poly sleeve which is then placed in a fabric sleeve

After receiving the firmer 10 which we just love the salvation army picked up the old mattress gave a receipt and i emailed it to zinus customer service

I bought this mattress on the zinus website in september 2017 for just under 300 which was the best price i could find at the time

However after trying to adjust to the mattress for nearly a month it just wasnt giving a good nights sleep so i returned it
