Pros

This product helps with a restful sleep. I have horrible insomnia and nothing worked to get it under control, but this finally did the trick without feeling. They smell a little funny, and sometimes are a little hard to *, but just * more water.

Don't have a problem waking up in the mornings. Leaves me groggy the next morning ad into the afternoon too. I wake up refreshed and ready to get my day started!

Cons

None of the marvellous calming effects claimed in the amazon add. Very disappointing. Too little dosage of herbs for me.

I will say, it says that the formula for the new packaging is the same, but i do notice differences in mg amounts for certain ingredients.

Competitiveness

I have been trying different brands, most of them either dont do nothing or make me more restless.

I really think it’s the valerian and other things in it that make it work better for me than just the brands that have melatonin only.

I have tried prescription sleep aids but found this product to be better and since it's all natural it's better for your body!
