Pros

This one is about as foolproof as it gets. My wyze cameras detect when a carbon monoxide alarm has gone off. They alerted me when my son accidentally pressed the test button.

Not much to dislike here. Easy to install.

It takes one 9-volt battery which is included. It's like having a tiny bodyguard that protects me from an invisible threat.

Cons

The back piece covering the battery department keeps falling off. The dc wall wart supply is not strong enough to keep up with the function of the product so it winds up eating 9v batteries.

Couldn't even get assistance with the power outage from mr brown. Just legal mumbo jumbo.

Exposing it to co to do a true functionality test will possible cause the product to fail. Beep with no reason. Then stop by itself.

Great co detector never had a problem.

It has a ten year life span (connected to electricity), and will beep when it needs to be replaced.

The one we have lasted 14 years before it started beeping, signaling the end of life on this unit.

It is worth every penny to have piece of mind that you will be safe from carbon monoxide.
