They're very comfy and sturdy. I do general gym stuff, so gym floor, classes and cardio like running, and they are fine for all. Strong and sturdy and nice to look at.

I ordered these in women and mens size 7 i kept the mens size 7 as they fit comfortably the size 7 for women were far too tight

Be aware the upper is made of mesh which allows the foot to breathe but does mean rain will penetrate
